For this project there were two main elements to challenge us. The first was to overhaul a very tired garden. The existing bike shed was replaced by a patio area using charcoal Dutch pavers surrounded by a timber pergola offering a framework for Trachleospermum. The blackened theme continued throughout the garden with the fence panels being painted black, making the newly planted specimens POP!

The revamp was completed by the replacement of the lawn with a large section of artificial lawn and a remote controlled lighting design which adds a subtle mood to ‘after hours’ entertainment.

The second element for this garden upgrade was to construct a bespoke bike store and ‘shoe-horn’ it into a space deemed as unusable. This challenge was completed successfully – the large sliding wall/door fitted in the alley space amply, allowing generous access for the clients to safely store their frequently used road bikes.
