In 2015 we were invited to build a shady glen setting for David Harber and his sculptures, on Main Avenue at RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Designed by Sarah Naybour and Susan Dunstall, it was a very different environment for these light dependent art works, but the combination of dappled shade, pockets of sunlight and rich, foliage and textures worked perfectly. The oval gravel central area was dotted with paving stones engraved with one of David’s favourite poems and provided the perfect setting for his latest sculpture. It was awarded 5* Hooray!
